Rebecca Flavin

Chief Executive Officer

As a digital marketing and technology professional with 18 years of experience, Rebecca Flavin serves as EffectiveUI's chief executive officer where she is responsible for reinforcing the company's overall vision, user experience innovation, core values and strategic direction.

In addition to building and strengthening brand aware ness and position in the marketplace, Rebecca is also responsible for communicating the importance of exceptional user experiences in driving business value. Additionally, she provides oversight of the company's marketing department, sales and strategic account management teams.

Rebecca joined EffectiveUI in 2006 as the company's chief marketing officer where she was responsible for elevating the company's position within the Web 2.0 community as a premier user experience design and development agency. In this role, she served as a key contributor to EffectiveUI's overall success by helping to increase company revenue by 675 percent.

Prior to EffectiveUI, Rebecca held several key management roles with well-known interactive agencies that included serving as president of eCRM Concepts, vice president of client services for Return Path, director of channel relations at Merkle and director of client services for MessageMedia/DoubleClick. In these executive roles, she developed and managed a wide variety of online customer acquisition, loyalty and retention programs across multiple marketing and interactive media channels for clients such as MBNA, Bank of America, Charles Schwab, TIAA-CREF, Inuit and Cisco Systems.

Earlier on in her career, Rebecca engineered and directed strategic account management teams responsible for building profitable revenue-generating relationships that served to enhance the value of company partnership, products and services.

Rebecca began her career in technology products and brand advertising with Saatchi and Saatchi Advertising in San Francisco, California.

Professional affiliations include: Forrester's Technology Marketing Executive Council, CSIA, AMA, IxDA, RIA and Emergency Technology Group.

Rebecca holds a bachelor's degree in journalism and public relations from California State University, Chico.
